Thank you for your interest in joining BOMA Fort Worth. We currently have a waiting list to join our association as we keep our membership at a 51/49 ratio - 51% real estate and 49% product/service providers.

The current BOMA Fort Worth Membership Dues rate is $1,250 annually. Once you are accepted off the Allied Wait List, the BOMA Fort Worth office will contact you and payment will be required in-full.

While you are on the journey to joining, you do have access to some events. As a non-member you are allowed to attend two (2) Monthly Luncheons per calendar year, attend and/or sponsor certain BOMA Fort Worth events (Invitational, Sporting Clay Shoot, Holiday Party), will receive our weekly newsletter via email, and email communication from BOMA Fort Worth.

Please pay the one-time Application Fee of $200 to start your journey towards membership. Thank you.
