Our Distinguished Panel

Nina B. Petty is an accomplished real estate executive and strategic leader whose career spans more than three decades. Through executive leadership roles with Texas A&M University, Tarrant County College, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), RadioShack Corporation, and Innovative Developers, she has helped guide transformational projects in higher education, corporate real estate, and community development. Her expertise includes institutional planning, capital improvement programs, facilities strategy, acquisitions and dispositions, and long-range real estate planning.

Sarah LanCarte, SIOR, CCIM, President of LanCarte Commercial, is one of Fort Worth's most respected commercial real estate professionals. As a broker, entrepreneur, and community leader, Sarah has helped businesses grow and invest throughout North Texas while contributing to the continued success and evolution of Fort Worth's commercial real estate market.

Pam Minick, National Cowgirl Hall of Fame inductee, former Miss Rodeo America, television personality, and one of the most recognized voices in the western industry, has spent decades showcasing the values and traditions that make Fort Worth synonymous with the American West. Her career has made her an ambassador for the city's rich western heritage and enduring spirit.

Together, these accomplished leaders will share personal stories, career-defining moments, and lessons learned while navigating leadership, embracing change, building relationships, and creating opportunities. Their diverse experiences reflect the qualities that have fueled Fort Worth's remarkable growth—vision, resilience, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to community.
