Principal Member Scholarship

Instructions

We are now accepting applications from CRE professionals—property managers, asset managers, facility managers, assistant property managers, property administrators, chief engineers, and engineering staff—who are new to BOMA Fort Worth membership and are responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of commercial real estate assets.

Selected applicants will participate in an interview process and must meet the Principal Member Scholarship criteria. The scholarship covers one (1) year of membership, with the opportunity to reapply for a second year.

If you are a CRE professional within the BOMA Fort Worth market area (Tarrant, Denton, Wise, Lubbock, Wichita counties), we encourage you to apply. Applications are due by October 20, 2025.
