We'll discuss:
- The words, phrases, and nonverbal signals that can unintentionally trigger conflict
- Real-world examples from office teams, field workers, and leadership interactions
- Proven strategies to de-escalate tense situations while still communicating effectively
- How to replace reactive language with thoughtful, constructive alternatives
- BONUS: Many of these strategies may be just as helpful at home as they are in the office!
